Our customer support team answers emails Monday-Friday 9:AM-5:PM PST. During these hours, you should receive a response within 36 hours from the to date of your submitted inquiry.

We respond to every inquiry that gets sent to us. To ensure that you receive our responses, please add 'cs@ConsumerGainsupport.com' to your ISP's (Yahoo, AOL, Google, etc...) Accepted Email list. We only use cs@ConsumerGainsupport.com for the purpose of answering member emails.
