Important notes on customer support responses:

• Our customer support team answers emails Monday-Friday 9:AM-5:PM PST. During these hours, you should receive a response within 36 hours from the to date of your submitted inquiry.
• We respond to every inquiry that gets sent to us. To ensure that you receive our responses, please add 'cs@ConsumerGainsupport.com' to your ISP's (Yahoo, AOL, Google, etc...) Accepted Email list. We only use cs@ConsumerGainsupport.com for the purpose of answering member emails.
• Sometimes customer support correspondence gets routed to a member's bulk/trash folder. Please check there before resubmitting your inquiry.
